error on running abacus

Hi...I am recieveing the following error at the CLI when abacus parses
the input files and starts to build the indexes:

It successfully ran the first time i tried it, but now all attempts
fail.

Can you paste the whole console output to the email?

Problem solved. I needed to press 'clear form' and then reload the
data for analysis, that seemed to work.
