zimbra smtp could not connect from outside.

Hello All,

I am using Zimbra since 2 years and It was working fine before few days. Suddenly users are not able to send emails and also when I configure Outlook, It says Could not conect to outgoing server.

I am putting my debug below:

[root@mail ~]# telnet mail.xxx.com 25
