Apache+Varnish+SSL setup

Hi,

I have setup our server having the scenario of the given link below,

Before this setup I have varnish and http as varnish backend but all the request of SSL served by https only.

And I am facing same memory issue again with this setup. Here apache thread goes higher again with this setup too.
