Guys
i am having issue in centos 7.2 about user creation i have checked almost all the troublehsooting related to pam.d and inode and google search but still not able to resolve.
centos 7
useradd: cannot open /etc/passwd
anybody knows about this then please let me know.

Please check permission of passwd file.
check SELinux status .....is enforcing/enable or disabled?
