DIGSOLE USB Wireless not work in rhel 7

Dear All,

I have usb wireless stick whel i connect with laptop but not work. In network manager see USBWIFI unmanaged

please tell me how i start wifi in my laptop.

[root@localhost ~]# nmcli dev status
DEVICE    TYPE      STATE                                  CONNECTION
enp6s0f5  ethernet  connected                              arpit     
virbr0    bridge    connecting (getting IP configuration)  virbr0    
wlp5s0    wifi      unavailable                            --

[root@localhost ~]# lsusb

You need to configure the device as such it is detected but not yet configured.

Use nmcli connection add #################
