As far as I know,this site http://kickass.to/ supports SDCH. 

As to how to test, You could try to download the torrent files. Only the torrent files downloaded by  the browsers supporting SDCH could be parsed well.In the mobile browser, Maxthon supports this feature. You could try other mobile browsers to compare.
