part 5 PA pattern output when no angle z

Hi GGIR users,

Is it possible to get output on PA patterns, specifically bouts of light PA, from part 5 if you have no angle information for use in part 3? 

I have some data where I have part 1 meta files for enmo only and no access to the raw data. This is fine for processing in part 2, but I would like to get the further information available in part 5 on bouts of light PA. 

Any advice on whether or not this is possible without ms3 meta files would be much appreciated!
