Save modified files dialog misleading

"Select files you wish to save..."
Problem 1:
To me select means to highlight. I can highlight at most one file in this dialog.
Perhaps it should read Check?
Or don't allow highlighting at all.
Problem 2:
The checkboxes are all checked, which I interpret as "selected".
Perhaps the instructions should read "uncheck the files you don't want to save."
