PyScripter for GFortran ?

PyScripter is a superb IDE !
Would it be possible to extend it so that one could write and build GFortran apps in addition to Python Apps?
If possible, would it be a monumental task (100) or quite easy (10) or (0) if impossible?

On that nonlinear scale I'd vote for a 99 or a 1, certainly nowhere near a 10.
