Edited: New File Templates dialog not in English, how to fix?

I changed the name of the PyScripter v.2.6.0.0 x64 locale folder to locale_wrong just so I could tet the menus in English, but it hasn't had much effect, if any, on the New File Template dialogs. See attached. How can I fix this? I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
