Design competition! Let's 3 ph schools

The school district where I live wants to replace 3 elementary schools. (Bond issue on the ballot now.)

I hereby announce a quick design / planning competition.  Round 1 is flash-estimate style.  The prize is $500 (or more if other sponsors join) and the deadline is Friday May 15.
