The candidates need to have experience with VOIP or Call Manager (CUCM).
 
Client project will include converting existing small (20 phones or less) analog/PBX sites to VoIP/SIP as well as converting existing VoIP sites to SIP. It will also include upgrading the existing routers, OOB devices, switches and adding a WAN accelerator. This scope will be implemented across the country.
 
Preferred Skills and experience required at is time:
2-7+ years of active network and voice support (VOIP)
CCNA Voice a plus
Significant familiarity with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) updates for conversions
Call plans
Hunt groups
Account set up
Experience supporting National SIP conversions
Experience supporting National VoIP conversions
Experience supporting T1 circuit conversion support
Experience supporting Number porting, working with LECs
Detailed organization and documentation of site events and issues
Experience supporting Remote Cisco router and switch installations and troubleshooting
