Job Overview:
Will report to Program manager for product build automation program. Implement PCS for product configuration team that supports consumer direct medium market.
Next year, 2 projects running concurrently, delivering enhancements and deferred fixes for current team and other project to enhance Product composer system that deals with building systems for consumer market.
TDM assist in 2 projects.
Healthcare background required. Knowledge of product portfolio management, how healthcare industries, product life cycle, product comes in to market, file product, different data elements of product. Understanding of sales life cycle- sales comes in and requests for quote until group is sold.  Couple years.
PEGA background, preferred in PCS framework or PEGA Sales Automation frameworks
Will consider healthcare candidates without the PEGA background, but PEGA Is highly preferred.
NASCO experience very helpful.
Team: combo of 2 BA’s, 2 TSA, combo of 10-15 developers (onshore/offshore, associates).
100% on site.
Project management background. Understand lifecycle and have experience working/delivering projects.
Top 3 skills for shortlist: healthcare, strong comm. skills, Pega projects, liaison between business and technical teams, working with diverse teams, working with onshore/offshore model
Additional Skills: Preferred knowledge of PEGA 7 specifically the PCS and PEGA Sales Automation frameworks
