Teach Lead - Web Application Development
Long-Term
Columbus, Ohio

The position will entail leading a team of engineers to develop the middle and front-end tiers of a webapplication.

This individual would need to have:
• Experience leading a team in an agile SDLC.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with product sponsors and senior leadership in engineering and business.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and identify possible gaps, ambiguities, missing scenarios, etc.
• Experience with designing and implementing sound engineering solutions that meet the business need.
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
 
Must Have strong applied knowledge of the following items:
o Design Patterns
o Java WebDevelopment (Servlets, JSPs, Filters, Error Handling, Validation, JSTL/EL)
o Spring 3.X MVC
o JavaScript, JQuery, XHTML, CSS
o RESTful Web Services
o Tiles 2.X
o Application Testing (e.g. unit, integration, load)
o Code Quality and code review
