Description:
Provides a high level of expertise in developing programming requirements and programming specifications from functional requirements. May be responsible for leading a project effort. Designs, codes, and implements programs. Provides documentation. May perform system testing. May assist with client implementation, work with client's technical staff, and assist with client training. Identifies changes, corrections and enhancements to production application or customized programs.

Requirements:
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience
• Over 4 years of programming and analysis using appropriate specific programming languages and tools
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong object-oriented programming knowledge in these related fields: Java, J2EE, XML
• Hands-on experience in software development
• Preferred development tool: Eclipse, My Eclipse, Rational
• Preferred database: Oracle, MySQL, PL/SQL, SQL
• Preferred WebServer: Websphere, Weblogic, Sun Java Application server, JBoss, Tomcat
• Preferred Operating System: Windows, Linux
• Self-initiative to learn and explore
• Experience in banking/financial services is a plus
