Backfill for IVR Developer in Jacksonville, FL
 
client in beautiful Jacksonville, FL has an immediate opportunity for an Avaya Experience Portal developer. This is starting out as a 6 month contract with potential for extension. This person will lead a small team in the development of IVR applications, must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
 
Requirements:
Must have solid experience with developing ASR (Automated Speech Recognition) in , Text To Speech and web services to interact with mainframe screen
Avaya Experience Portal development with Orchestration Designer
Experience with TN3270 systems used in conjunction with IVR systems
Experience with IVR speech recognition development
Design and develop call routing and voice self-service applications
Develop call flows and design specifications for speech applications
