Firefox Proxy Disable for Windows Active Directory or Group Policy

Hi All

Can any one tell me that 

How can i disable Firefox proxy settings for windows server 2003 or 2008 active Directory or from GPO

users cannot change Firefox proxy settings

please Help me any one
