Our payroll department request employee direct deposit information provided
for viewing & printing from intranet or internet. Any facilities have this
currently?

We've just gone to mandatory e-pay, and have a separate vendor (eStubView) for this. I don't provide PP support, but it appears to staff just like the paper direct deposit notices... (I presume it's a download out of Meditech).

There is a link on our Intranet page, or employees can access from anywhere.

We have Magic 5.63. We have the pay stub available as a report that is
run off of the employee's MOX menu. They put in their password and the
time card date (which is listed on the menu).

We have had a product from Iatrics for many years that runs off our MOX
menu and shows the data. It has data from the beginning of time, so
it's useful to run off, for example, the first and last pay period info
from last year.

Yes that's how we have ours and W2's are the same way. We have to enter Employee ID # and a password to get to them.

We are in the process of setting up direct deposit notices to be emailed as an attachment from Meditech using Access E-forms, I would think it would be a security nightmare to set that up on the Intranet especially on the Internet but I am sure it is possible. Have you looked into emailing as an attachment? I would like to know what you receive if anyone is sending to Intra or Internet. Thanks,
