Messenger with Voice / ShoutPoint

Is there anyone else on the list that uses ShoutPoint? I have placed a ticket with IC, but I am wondering if any others are seeing the same.

Calls are going out to previous staff (that have no active assignment or contact preferences) and to household and non-household contacts that have no contact preferences.

Example - this particular person received six calls. Two for each of her grandchildren, with no contact preferences selected in IC

I am trying to determine what is causing the issue while the IC ticket is being processed.

Yes.

We are working through them one by one as we are notified. So far we have been able to resolve two of them.
