SPED tab moved where again?

We updated our IC and now I cannot recall where SPED data has been relocated to.
Can someone please remind me? I am coming up short!

1. Campus will implement a new ME State Reporting Plan

   1. This single-editor Plan Type will be hardcoded and will not require setup in System Administration

   2. This is not an IEP; therefore it will not need to be locked in order to report

   3. UI Path: Student Information > Special Ed > General > Documents > New > Create New Plan > ME State Reporting Plan
