Special Ed Status

I have a few students that I've tried to change the Special Ed status and IC won't save it. Is anyone else having this issue? It is not happening all the time, it appears to be happening with our new students. I've reported this to IC help desk on 9/14 and this is still not resolved. Just curious if anyone else is having this issue?
