voting on TMC from a moo

hi guys
I've done a bit of research into this but found the results sadly lacking.
I was just wondering is it possible to make a command like, @tmc_vote, that allows for players to vote from within the moo?

It's probably possible to use stunt's HTTP parsing abilities to get the page with open_connection(), and then get the HTTP... You'd probably have to send cookies and such though, so I'm not entirely sure.

Your users/players would need to input their TMC username/passwords into the moo (then probably have them saved there for convenience) so you could make the needed login / save cookie and replay with the cookie for each vote. 

You might run into an issue triggering 'same source IP address' anti-fraud rules since all the votes would be coming from server and not individual's home PCs.
