Bind : listen, socket already in use?

Hi guys, For some reason my MOO died. and I try to start it up again, and I got socket already in use. Can someone tell me how to fix it? I restarted the server and it still did it.

Hello!

Every time I've gotten that error, it's been because something has
already been listening on the port you're trying to bind.
You should check that nothing is listening on it.
