Bad Request 400 Error

Hi,
while I try to call the Google translate v2 api, I receive the following in the response body:

<H2>Error 400</H2>

</HTML>
which is not a JSON format.
The url I used is:
And when I try to call this url again, I get the correct result, which means the server sometimes returns a HTML file instead of JSON file randomly.
Could you please help take look at it?
