oops..error code 008

Hi!
When ever iam trying to send any attachments to some id it is taking
time ,and at last iam getting a error message as
Oops.....the system was unable to perform your operation error code
008 please try again in few seceonds

pl help me how tp solve this problem this problem is comming since
morning
