VFPx - Propose a new project does not allow to propose anything

Hi:

Just noted that the link "VFPx Project Proposal" under this section does not work, so people that want to contribute do not know how to do it.

Can this be fixed, so interested people can read about how to propose a new project and can download the document needed to be filled in and submitted?

For anyone else in the future, the better email to use for VFPx issues is proj...@vfpx.org
