If this request had come in during the years-long period of Beta testing, I am sure it would have been implemented (it looks reasonable enough).

However, now that GF is in production, the request will have to wait until the next time that there are enhancements to GF. I have no idea when that might be.

 

2) Now since we are working with GoFish5, is it possible to delete GoFish4 from the Thor menu? Also the bar GoFish4_Beta can be deleted in my opinion

One of the features NOT available in Thor is a way to Un-Install tools.  However, you can do so manually by removing the PRGs from the Tools folder.
