Sometime over the past few days there's been an unwelcome change to how the Finder utility operates on my system.  Whenever I select an item - class library, form, PRG, table - Finder opens the item but then immediately shuts itself down.   I have to re-launch it before I can use it again.

This is somewhat of a PITA as I tend to use Finder as a substitute for the Project Manager.

The Finder source files don't appear to have changed since 2014 so it must be something in the environment that's different, but I can't figure out what.  There doesn't seem to be any config option that would affect this behavior.  Could it be something in the VFP settings?

Duh!   Thanks.  I somehow failed to notice that even though I had clicked the Options button right next to it.
