The No Brainer Classic and Challenge Rides

 

No Brainer Challenge

·         Location for the No Brainer Challenge:  Vets Hall 830 Elm Street (Rt.8) Ludlow KY

     When: Mondays at 6:30

·         Ride Rating:  Challenge = Intermediate to Advanced – see details below

This ride is designated as a FAST ride for experienced riders that are comfortable riding in a pace line.  Riders frequently break into groups of similar speeds. The lead group will typically average around 21 MPH. Bill & Deb usually average around 18 on the tandem, but since this is a straight out and back ride you can ride at your own speed with no worry about getting lost. Be advised that there is no sweep rider bringing up the rear for the No Brainer Challenge. If you are in need of assistance call Bill at 513-604-5271 and someone will be sent to help.   The distance is 14.8 miles each way.

No Brainer Classic

·         Location for the No Brainer Classic:  Rt. 8 – KY side of the Anderson Ferry

     When: Mondays at 6:30

·         Ride Rating:  Classic = Beginner to Intermediate – see details below  

The No Brainer Classic is designated Beginner - Intermediate ride. Since it is straight out and back on lightly traveled roads, riders can ride at their own pac There is usually a sweep rider in case of problems.  The distance is 10.7 miles each way.

Weather rules: Rain or wet roads at start cancels ride
