Subject: fire GIS support

All,

If there is anything that Esri can do to assist with wildfire GIS support please let us know.  Through our Disaster Response Program (www.esri.com/disaster) you can get access to software, 24/7 tech support and other assistance for free.   To make a request you can use this form - http://www.esri.com/apps/company/assist/index.cfm?eventID=119.

Also note that there are some Emergency Management templates on the Public Safety Resource Center that may be helpful:

·         COP – http://esriurl.com/EMCOP

·         Damage Assessment – http://esriurl.com/EMDamage

·         Maps – http://esriurl.com/EMMaps

·         VGI/Citizen Service Request - http://esriurl.com/EMCitizenRequest

Thanks,

-Jeff
