Composts - Vital Earth?

We are looking at buying a pallet of compost for the spring seed sowing and Vital Earth looks good value. What do you use? Is it any good? Any comments before we plunge? I know it got bad reviews a few years ago but apparently it's a new product from Sept 2017.
