CK-ERP + Joomla 2.5 (Error in Instalation)

Hi,

I´m trying to install CK on Joomla 2.5.
Once I open the link as explained on other messages (/modules/ck-admin/
index.php),

I get the following errors:

Hi, Rafael,

Thank you for your interest in CK-ERP.

I am afraid the (Joomla + CK-ERP) connector had not been tested within a
Joomla 2.5 environment. An updated version of the connector is being
prepared and tested within Joomla 2.5.3. If everything goes well, the
updated connector will be made available when the next version (0.31.1)
of CK-ERP is formally released.

Hi, Rafael,

I have completed updating of the (Joomla + CK-ERP) connector and set up a demo (Joomla 2.5.3 + CK-ERP) installation at, http://ck-erp.org/jos/ .  Unfortunately, a new Joomla 2.5.4  version was released yesterday.  Hopefully, if I got the time, the new connector can be validated against Joomla 2.5.4 before CK-ERP 0.31.1 is formally released.

You may like to check out the Portuguese translations embedded in the latest CK-ERP codebase ( http://ck-erp.org/drupal/modules/ck-ledger/index.php?ck_language=pt-pt ).  These translations were produced via Google translate. Yahoo babelfish and the like.  You'll probably find some of these translations totally ridiculous and you are most welcome to improve on these translations.  http://ck-erp.org/drupal/?q=node/14 shows how manual translation can be performed and be recorded.

I will browse the application and also the translation to Portuguese. In fact, I know Portuguese from Brazil (pt-br).

I will try to release a full translation for this language.

It seems something is wrong with the Joomla Instalation. I can´t login on the frent end or on the back-end of joomla.

The error is ERROR: 500... it seems it is a permission error.

Hi, Rafael,

Thank you for highlighting the problem.  On the demo Joomla installation's frontend page, there are three ways to login,

1.    clicking the [Login] link within the [This Site] Section
2.    directly inputting the username/password within the Login Form
3.    clicking the [Log in] link below the [Remember Me] label.

Apparently, method 1 and 2 work OK, but method 3 results in a server 500 error.

Login to the demo Joomla's backend is not released to the public to avoid accidental destructive administrative action.
