My new calling

Hi all.

Hope everything is going well with folks.

Just wanted to let you all know, since what callings a blind person can/has been allowed to do is a frequent topic on this list, that I was recently (late last month) called as a branch clerk. We're not a terribly small group (if we doubled in size, we could probably become a ward). They also called an assistant, who I'm sure will be quite helpful with some tasks. However, so far, I haven't had much trouble updating records, and so forth, since the new Leader and Clerk resources is at least accessible enough for me to get by, though it could really use improvement in this regard.

Anyway, it will undoubtedly be interesting to see what issues I encounter as time goes on.

Just thought I'd share.
