The lenght should be in the manual.  If not measure the old line with the sail furled then count the number of wraps left on the drum. Add 9 inches for each wrap.

Time to replace the genoa furling line. Is there a Rule of Thumb or common sense way to figure out the correct length without having the line off of the drum?
