Subject: {Beneteau Owners} Antal cabin-top traveler end repair?

Greetings,

My 1992 First 310 has a cabin-top mounted traveler.  There are plastic rollers where the line makes a right angle into the cam cleats on each end.  Unfortunately, at some point those rollers bound up and the line burned a 5/16” channel into them which now chafes the line pretty badly.  Must have been an adrenaline-pumped main trimmer on a heavy air night Smile

The end fittings appear to be cast with no visible disassembly points.  I’m sure there’s a way to fix this without installing a whole new traveler system.  Anyone replaced their roller or perhaps the cams who could comment on the process?

Thanks in advance,

Chris Hubbell
