Dear Bangalore Bikers!
The Tour of Aravallis is an exclusive, invite-only cycling tour that follows some rollicking events previously hosted by Cyclone Cycling Club such as Night Rides, Fastest Fifty Individual Time Trial (ITT), Duathlon etc.
An expedition that spans about 350+ kilometres, has an elevation gain amounting to ten thousand plus feet including several classified climbs and passes through some of the most stunning landscapes in Rajasthan is sure to provide each participant with the thrills and a lifetime of happy memories.
The tour shall commence at Abu Road town in Rajasthan and culminate at Udaipur in Rajasthan lasting over a period of 4 days. To and fro transfers via Luxury Bus from Ahmedabad shall be provided.
Owing to the exclusive and challenging nature of the tour, we shall be taking along 35 riders only.
Interested participants have to apply on a website (coming soon) and also pay a token advance amount showing their readiness to take part in the tour. Their applications will be scrutinised by a selection committee consisting of experienced cyclists.
The criteria for selection would include the following:
- Cycling experience of Rider
- Physical Strength and body type
- Necessary Equipment (Good Road Bike/Hybrid Bike/MTB, Helmet etc)
- Achievements in the field of Cycling
- Recommendations from good cyclists
Once the application is accepted, the selected rider is invited to take part in the tour and make the balance payment. The detailed instructions for applying to be a part of the Tour of Aravallis are coming soon.
