Can we do the same for any Roadbike

MTB's have very high Road resistance

Can't see mudguards in the picture. SKS makes specific pairs of mudguards for road bikes. Most road bikes can accommodate race mudguards. These will never be as good as SKS longboards or similar since when it comes to mudguards, coverage is of paramount importance.
