The PNF describes the construction of 680 units of housing for young professionals, families, graduate students and other university affiliates such as residents, faculty and staff. The PNF also describes the rehabilitation of St. Gabriel's Monastery and a Shrine to Our Lady Fatima. The public comment period for the PNF ends on October 7, 2016.
