The Allston Brighton Health Collaborative's committee on substance abuse/mental health/behavioral health seeks an unpaid intern to complete an assessment of current community resources and needs. This is an opportunity to work closely with multiple community organizations and direct service programs related to mental health and substance use. The intern will work directly with the ABHC Coordinator and report to the Resident Coordinator at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center Psychiatry Department. Internship work may count towards undergraduate/graduate practicum/internship requirements.
Project Scope:
Assess existing Allston/Brighton community resources specific to mental health for the purpose of expanding the current Allston Brighton Substance Abuse Task Force resource guide: (http://abdrugfree.org/families.html)
