Allston Square
Public Meeting
Decription: A new six-building mixed-use development with 334 residential units, 237 associated parking spaces, and 22,145 square feet of office space. The proposed development is situated around the prominent intersection of Cambridge Street
and Harvard Avenue, historically known as Allston Square, within the Allston neighborhood of the City of Boston. This intersection acts as the gateway to the Allston-Brighton neighborhood from the City of Cambridge to the West and is also situated along the
Massachusetts Turnpike where the sites are highly visible from vehicular traffic entering and leaving the City of Boston.
The Proposed Project will redefine an abandoned industrial corridor and transform the neighborhood by creating new housing stock which will bring residents to the area and will increase daily activity by providing a new, invigorating commercial environment.
The Proposed Project will allow for residents to live, shop and dine all within Allston Square.
