A cheaper and arguably more useful boon that Harvard could offer the neighborhood would be to unlock the gate between Smith Field and Harvard where the traditional Hole In The Fence was located. Is someone working on cutting a new hole, by the way?

Excellent plan, Max. By the way, the Crimson article was vague but my impression is that the Telford St crossing will indeed be overhead (a restored/replaced version of what's there already) but the Everett St will be at grade--and a little fuzzy on details like how to navigate the high-speed exiting  and turning traffic.
