159-201 Washington Street (St. Gabriel's)

Impact Advisory Group Meeting

Description: The project proposes to include four new residential buildings, and now includes the restoration of the Church to be used as amenity space, and the preservation of the Fatima Shrine. The Project includes approximately 652 units of housing, 101 of which will be condominiums. The center of the development will focus on the renovation and adaptive reuse of the existing St. Gabriel's Monastery and Church. In this meeting the Proponent will discuss their proposed Development Plan for a Planned Development Area (PDA), and any updates to the project since the last Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
