Greetings all:

As summer winds down, we can look ahead to Task Force meeting season. With two planned projects, including the much-anticipated redesign of the Science Complex (now Science and Engineering Complex), in addition to ongoing community benefits implementation, we've planned a series of meetings to cover a signficant amount of material. The schedule is as shown below. All meetings begin at 6:00 p.m.

  • Wednesday, September 9, Fiorentino Community Center, Charlesview: Updates on status of community benefits implementation, projects anticipated in 2015-2016, schedule for fall meetings and filings.
  • Tuesday, September 15, location TBD: Overview of two planned projects
  • Wednesday, September 30, Honan-Allston Library: Additional discussion of planned projects and preview of Klarman Hall filing
  • Wednesday, October 14, Fiorentino Community Center, Charlesview: Additional discussion of SEC design and comments on Klarman filing. 
  • Wednesday, October 28, Fiorentino Community Center, Charlesview: preview of SEC filing and IMP Amendment.

With summer waning, we have planned a series of Task Force meetings to discuss ongoing community benefits implementation and two upcoming Harvard development projects: Klarman Hall (known as the Burden Hall Replacement in the IMP) and the long-awaited redesign of the Science Complex (now the Science and Engineering Complex).

Here is the planned schedule of meetings. Please remember that in order to get timely meeting announcements you should sign up for automated notices from the BRA calendar system.
    • Wednesday, September 9, Fiorentino Community Center, Charlesview: Updates on status of community benefits implementation, projects anticipated in 2015-2016, schedule for fall meetings and filings.
    • Tuesday, September 15, Harvard Business School, Cumnock Hall, Room 103: Overview of two planned projects
    • Wednesday, September 30, Honan-Allston Library: Additional discussion of planned projects and preview of Klarman Hall filing
    • Wednesday, October 14, Fiorentino Community Center, Charlesview: Additional discussion of SEC design and comments on Klarman filing.
