I haven't written in awhile, but wanted everyone to know my daughter and I made it to Colombia aboard the Glass Slipper, our 1983 31 ft Allmand after sailing the thorny path to the eastern Caribbean. This is one tough little boat. She has sailed well in all conditions.
Mary,
I would be very interested in hearing all about your adventure. Please tell more! My wife and I would love to do the same but will have to wait several years before venturing that far.
Congratulations,
John

Dave,
I have 81/31 and I wouldn’t trade her for the world! Well maybe a 58 Choy Lee or ……..just kidding; I love my 31! I just wish I could get my port hatches from leaking. Other than that she is almost perfect.
