One World Observatory is generously offering complimentary tickets to the Observatory for immediate family members who lost a loved one on 9/11 or due to 9/11 related illness. Complimentary tickets are administered by the 9/11 Tribute Museum, a project of the September 11th Families’ Association.
Each family member may register for up to four tickets (before or after 9/11/19) or as many are needed per family on 9/11/19 (please note the number guests in registration notes). Immediate family members include parents, spouses, domestic partners, cousins(1st), siblings and children. Advance registration is strongly recommended for complimentary tickets which are only available through the 9/11 Tribute Museum. Complimentary tickets are not available at One World Observatory box office. To reserve complimentary tickets for One World Observatory as a family member, please complete the online registration form, link/button below, to submit choices for preferred date and time. Registration must be completed in order for tickets to be issued.

TICKETS ISSUED FOR SEPTEMBER 11, 2019 WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP AT A DESIGNATED TABLE AT ONE WORLD OBSERVATORY THROUGHOUT THE AFTERNOON OF 9/11/19. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR REFERENCE UPON ARRIVING AT ONE WORLD OBSERVATORY ON 9/11/19.
