Hi everyone,

The GF had a crash the other day (she's ok) but lost a fork in the process. Looking for a 1" threaded fork that can fit 700x38. He old fork fit that size given it was a 27" frame converted for 700c, so the Barlow Pass fit nicely.

If anyone has something that might work let me know. Not
an easy combination to find.

Any off the self recommendations would be fine, too. I see Soma and Surley might have options.

Thanks!

Thomas

You really need to know how long of a steerer you need, counting the space above and below the head tube for the potential cable hangers, races and locknut of a headset.

Some 700c forks would work.  My '91 RBT fork with a 39cm length between dropout and the bottom of the crown race fits a 35mm tire (Bon Jon Pass) quite well with 10mm to spare. The steerer length with appropriate threading would be the most common limiting factor for fit, as pointed out by others. Also, the type of brake could come into play.
Sorry I have no spare forks though.
Good Luck
