ISO: Berthoud Decaleur part. 50mm extention

Before I buy a complete $88 decaleur from Boulder, I wanted to check if anyone has a 50mm extension.  I've got several Berthoud Decaleurs and parts, but need just the 50mm extention piece for my new (Niner-Seven-Fiver) build.  This is the shortest Berthoud extension piece that they make.  It's straight, not dog-legged, and it measures 50mm from the center of the axis of the retention rod thing, to the center of the hole where the extention bolts to the stem piece.  

If you have just the extension laying around, I'd pay $30 for it.  If you have a whole decaleur with the 50mm extension as part of it and want to get rid of the whole thing, I'd consider that.  If I'm buying a whole decaleur I prefer to get the aheadset format, with all the bolts and spacers.  That's what I'll buy from Boulder for $88 if nobody has something to pass along.  Thanks!
