Setting SPARQL query execution time in 4store

I am wondering if we can set SPARQL query minimum or maximum execution time, enable or disable these settings if exist anywhere in 4store.

There's no time setting, but you can set an approximate "effort" level, via "soft limits".

There's a way to set it via the SPARQL protocol request too.
