I'm getting an error
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lncurses
 
Is ther anyone that knows what is wrong?

installed ncurses now I get

Looks like you're missing termcap - it's a curses dependency IIRC, so I think it must be installed.

Did you re-run ./configure after installing ncurses? What about ldconfig?
