if the building in construction can i add 3d model to google earth ?

i want to add building in google earth but the building is still in construction
i am writing from architectural offices and the building is gonna be finish

is it gonna be problem in adding 3d model procces? 
is it sould be finished our building for adding or not?  i mean, is anybody care about that or what they need to chek in for reality?

Hello Altan,
when you open this forum, the message at the first page says 3D models are no longer being accepted for Google Earth. This is true, although it is sad. There is not such a process anymore to add buildings to Google Earth.

Previously, buildings needed to be current (finished, but it was not very strictly checked, only from satellite photo). You would upload your model to 3D Warehouse (and you still can). Then later when the building is finished you would check the box "ready for Google Earth". This is now not possible anymore.
